Title to the Confidential Information
All rights of ownership and copyright in all confidential information, data and documentation shall vest solely with the State and I shall not obtain any proprietary rights in the such confidential information, data or documentation.

Period of Confidentiality
I hereby agree to keep confidential both during and after my term as a Zimbabwe Vehicle Licensing system user all confidential information that may come to my knowledge, either directly or indirectly or by virtue of a Zimbabwe Vehicle Licensing system user, it is noted that the provisions of this undertaking shall remain in force indefinitely and shall not terminate after my service on the Zimbabwe Vehicle Licensing system.

Standard of Care
I acknowledge:

- That I shall have access to the confidential information relating to the Zimbabwe Vehicle Licensing system
- That all the data is of a sensitive nature and classified
- That I am fully aware of my responsibilities and procedures to be followed in terms of the road traffic legislature
- I am liable for all transactions conducted by myself at my workstation or on my user account
- I must only use those functions needed to carry out my official duties.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
I acknowledge that I am fully conversant with all relevant statutory requirements in accordance with the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Act (chapter 13:14) and all subsidiary legislation.

Return of Information
The State may at any time, by notice, request me to immediately, or at a time and date specified, return to the State any confidential information and I shall furnish the State with a written statement to the effect that upon such return, I have not retained in my possession or under my control, either directly or indirectly any such information pertaining to or relating to such confidential information.

Indemnity
I hereby indemnify and hold the State harmless against any loss, action, expenses, claims, harm or damage of whatsoever nature suffered or sustained by the State pursuant to a breach by me, of the provisions of this undertaking.
